Each food parcel consists of : 5kg rice, 2kg bulgur, vegetarian oil 2litres, 3kg sugar, 700g ghee, 2x300g pasta, 1kg beans, 1kg chickpeas, 1kg crushed lentils, 1kg white lentils, 800gm tomato molasses, 1kg salt, 200g tea, 2kg raw chicken, 2kg olives, 1kg jam, 350gm chocolate spread, 700g Halva, 2x380g luncheon meat, 350g cream cheese and 2x450g bread.
